Nordiska Motor is now looking for a Payroll Administrator who wants to take full responsibility for the payroll process while also contributing to the development of working methods, routines, and culture in a growing group within the automotive industry.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in payroll administration who feels confident working independently with the entire payroll flow. You are structured, analytical, and detail-oriented – but also communicative and service-minded.
You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, create order, and contribute with both competence and engagement.

· Are communicative, attentive, and pedagogical
· Have experience with payroll systems and collective agreements (system familiarity is a plus)

Your everyday life
In the role of Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees receive accurate and timely salaries – every month. You will work closely with HR, finance, and managers in the organization and be a natural point of contact for payroll-related questions.
The role suits you if you are confident in your knowledge, appreciate order and structure, and have an interest in improvements and collaboration.
Your main responsibilities:
· Full responsibility for the payroll process – from gathering documentation to payment
· Ensure correct handling of salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes, and reporting
· Be a support and contact person for employees regarding salary, vacation, absence, and compensation
· Work with different employment types and collective agreements
· Collaborate with HR, finance, and managers to ensure quality and efficiency
· Participate in and drive improvement and development initiatives within payroll and related HR processes
· Work in Agda as the payroll system
